Audit process report
Because of the pandemic measures, our final interviews took place by means of a Zoom meeting. On November 31, 2020, the course participants from 7 different nations met in front of Dr. Sushrut Sardeshmukh, our lecturer, who presented the following subjects: Chikitsa, Panchakarma, Rasayana, Kaphadosha and childhood, Aahara/prevent and heal imbalances, Rutucharya, Dinacharya, Sapta Dhatu, Aahara/simple homeremedies, Nidan Pariksha.
Ayurveda Basic Training Event 4
Dr. Sushrut Sardeshmukh, Professor of the BSTD's Ayurveda College, introduced us to the Ayurvedic method of diagnosis (Ayurvedic Nidan).
We learned about the skill of an Ayurvedic physician to diagnose an imbalance and bring it to equilibrium again. By understanding the signs and symptoms that precede a possible disease, we learned to better observe ourselves and behave accordingly.
Ayurveda Basic Training Event 3
Food should be tasty and maintain health or help eliminate Dosha disorders. To unite these two factors is Ayurvedic cooking! Again we spent a great time together. In this event, our lecturer from BSTD's Ayurveda College, Wagholi, Pune, Dr. Sushrut Sardeshmukh also introduced the practical part of Anna-Dravya (Solid diet). Furthermore, we have news: We are now a member of the Austrian Professional Association for Ayurveda https://www.berufsverbandayurveda.at/
Ayurveda Basic Training Event 2
The second part of our Ayurveda Basic Training was successfully completed. This time our professor Dr. Sushrut Sardeshmukh was accompanied by his wife Dr. Nilambari. The topic HEALTHY REGIMEN (Swasthavrutta) with its three supportive pillars (Traya-Upasthamba), the ethical code of conduct (Sadhvrutta) and the concept of natural urges (Vega) were discussed in details and brought new insights according to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda Basic Training Event 1
The Ayurveda Basic Training Event 1 was very successful. With the blessing of Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda Ji and the fresh presentation of Vaidya Sushrut Sardeshmukh, all course participants had a great time with new aspects to life according to Ayurveda.
