About the Conference

The idea of this international conference is to bring together the two great traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda and explore their relevance for the challenges of modern life and for future generations.

Firmly rooted in authentic traditional knowledge, the conference seeks to present this ancient wisdom in a contemporary and accessible way – creating a bridge between tradition and the needs of today’s world.

The conference brings together different perspectives, including traditional Yoga philosophy and wisdom, Ayurveda and preventive health, modern scientific and academic approaches, experienced Yoga practitioners and teachers, as well as the voices and needs of younger generations.

Conference Programme

Over two days, distinguished spiritual leaders, renowned experts in Yoga and Ayurveda, medical professionals, academics and international representatives will come together for keynote addresses, expert presentations, panel discussions and dialogue.

The programme will focus on five main areas:

The conference will open with blessings and addresses by distinguished spiritual leaders and Guests of Honour.

It will conclude with a joint “The Way Forward” session, looking towards future cooperation between Yoga, Ayurveda, modern medicine, education and research – and exploring how ancient wisdom can continue to contribute to a healthier, more conscious and meaningful future.
